Our contoured pillows include a removable cover. The cover can be warm machine washed and line dried. The pillow itself should be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and no detergent should be used.

7. How long does delivery take and what are the shipping charges in Australia?

Orders placed before 1.00pm AEST Monday to Friday are processed and shipped the same day, with tracking provided once shipped. Delivery within Australia is listed as 10 to 12 working days, with a flat rate of $10 per order unless a free shipping offer applies.

8. Can I return or exchange a pillow if I change my mind or if I have used it?

Due to health regulations, pillows are not exchangeable or refundable for change of mind or once used. If you believe the pillow is faulty, we require authorisation first and you need to contact us to get an RA number for assessment.
