Delivery:
All online orders placed before 1:00pm AEST Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed outside of this time frame or on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the following working day.
Online tracking information will be provided for all orders once shipment has been confirmed.

All orders being shipped within Australia please allow 10-12 working days for delivery. We charge a flat rate of $10 per order for regular shipping unless free shipping or other offers are applied during a promotional period.
Shipping to New Zealand
We charge a flat rate of $15 per order shipping to New Zealand.
Shipping does not include local customs duties and taxes.
Customs duties and foreign taxes may be payable before your order is cleared by customs.
Dentons will not be held responsible for any charges incurred, nor can we provide an estimate of these costs.

Please allow up to 20 working days for delivery to New Zealand.
In the event of a customer refusing to pay local duties and taxes on arrival, the goods will be returned to Dentons.
Once received, your order will be refunded minus a $30.00 (NZD) shipping fee.
Returns:
Due to health regulations, pillows are non-exchangeable/refundable due to a change of mind. Please ensure you are selecting the correct pillow for you. Purchasing an incorrect pillow will not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
If you believe your pillow to be faulty please contact enquiries@dentons.com.au to gain a RA (Return Authorisation) number so your pillow can be returned for assessment. No pillow can be received back without the Dentons issue RA number.
